FACTS is an internal application that supports several business units within the NYCCFB to process candidate registrations, documents and monetary contributions.
My role was to established the visual and UX patterns that aligned with the new visual language for FACTS. Documented these patterns and worked with engineering to implement them.
The visual and UX patterns include typography, buttons, form elements, colors and components.
Online Voter Registration was a program created to help New Yorkers register to vote. The goal was to submit a printed registration on behalf of the voter to NYC Boards of Election.
Key design principles followed were adherence to 508 accessibility rules, data validation, error messages that help the user recover quickly and a multi-step form design.
My role was to collaborate in the UX process, established the visual design, UI and style guide that aligned with the NYC Votes brand guidelines.
Published 11 times a year, Hospitality Design magazine is the premier trade outlet and voice for the hospitality design industry.
My role in the project was to redesign the website to aligned with the new branding. As part of the redesign, I collaborated with the team to established new design patterns for our editorial websites including photo galleries, article layouts, product pages and mega navigations.
